McIntyre Inc. was born from a simple but powerful realization: true success cannot be compartmentalized.

After building an insurance agency that generated $3 billion in sales from scratch over 25+ years in business, Michael McIntyre discovered what many high-achievers learn the hard way – business success without life alignment is ultimately hollow. Despite achieving everything he thought he wanted – financial abundance, industry recognition, and material prosperity – he found himself spiritually empty at the height of his success.

In 2007, following a profound spiritual awakening, Michael sold his empire and began a journey of discovering what integrated success really looks like. Along with his wife Stacye, Michael recognized that sustainable growth requires addressing every area of life simultaneously: business, relationships, health, finances, and spiritual foundation.

This insight became the foundation of Acceleration Coaching – a holistic methodology that refuses to treat life and business as separate domains.
