Â
How have you been showing up?
Since completing NLE, life happened. Responsibilities pulled you in different directions. The fire that once burned bright may have dimmed to embers.
If you're honest with yourself, you know there's a gap between who you became at NLE and how you've been showing up since.
Â
It's time to close that gap.Â

Q: I completed NLE years ago. Is this still relevant for me?
A: Especially relevant. The longer it's been, the more important it is to reconnect with your original commitment and vision.
Q: What if I feel like I've been successful since NLE?
A: Success without fulfillment isn't true success. This experience is about aligning your achievements with your calling and taking your leadership to the next level.
Q: Is this only for people who feel like they've "failed" since NLE?
A: Not at all. This is for anyone ready to move from good to great, from successful to significant, from leading to truly transforming lives.
Q: I completed NLE a month ago. Should I dive in this quickly?
A: Absolutely. Your fire is still burning bright, and Leadership 300 will help ensure it stays that way. Whether you're riding high from your NLE experience or already feeling the pull of old patterns, this is the perfect time to solidify your commitment and create accountability for the leader you declared yourself to be. The sooner you establish strong foundations for your leadership journey, the better. Don't let momentum slip away—use it to propel yourself forward.
Q: Can I attend Leadership 300 multiple times?
A: Absolutely. Alumni return to Leadership 300 as a way to refresh their commitment, deepen their understanding, and recalibrate their leadership journey. Each time you attend, you bring new life experiences and challenges, making the experience uniquely valuable. Think of it as a spiritual and leadership tune-up—some of our most impactful leaders make this an annual practice to stay sharp and connected to their calling.
Q: What should I expect?
A: Deep self-reflection, spiritual renewal, practical application, and a recommitment to the leader you were called to be. Come prepared to be challenged, encouraged, and transformed.
A Personal Invitation from Michael and Stacye
Â
Dear Eagles,
Â
When we see you at events or around town, we often ask: “How are you doing with your commitment to yourself—and to God—to live out your identity?”
Sometimes you light up with stories of breakthrough. Other times, we see a flicker of who you know you could be, but aren’t fully living yet.
Here’s what we’ve learned after years of walking with NLE graduates: the experience doesn’t end when you leave the room. It’s only the beginning. Life will test your commitments. Work, relationships, and old patterns will press in, and the fire that once burned bright can fade.
That’s why we created Leadership 300—because we refuse to let you settle. This isn’t just another program we’re excited about; it’s a burden we carry. We see the gap between who you became at NLE and how many of you are showing up now. We see dreams collecting dust and people waiting for the leader you promised to be.
Leadership 300 is where you stop making excuses and start making the impact you were created for. It’s where we stand for you when you’ve stopped standing for yourself. We’ve seen hundreds of alumni reconnect with their spiritual authority, recommit to their vision, and walk out ready to lead as if lives depend on it—because they do.
Your family, your business, your community, the Kingdom of God—they’re waiting for you to stop playing small and step into your calling. You didn’t go through NLE by accident. God placed you there for a reason, and the commitments you made were a prophetic declaration of who you’re becoming.
Leadership 300 is where you stop becoming and start being. It will challenge you, stretch you, and call you higher. But you’re ready. The Holy Spirit is already stirring it in you.
We’ve prayed over every detail—curriculum, timing, worship—and most of all, we’ve prayed over you. The only question left is:
Will you step fully into the leader God created you to be?
With love and unwavering belief in who you're becoming,
Michael & Stacye
P.S. - We know $595 is an investment. But consider this: What's it costing you NOT to show up as the leader you were called to be? What opportunities, relationships, and impact are you missing because you're playing at 50%? The real question isn't whether you can afford to be there—it's whether you can afford not to be.
"You were made for this moment. You were created to create. You have everything you need to move forward with clarity, purpose, and a heart aligned with God's will for your life."
